Stir fried Rice

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups Cooked rice (left over) 110mg Phe
95gCambrooke Imitation rice
25g Long grain rice

1/2 Cup Carrots chopped fine
1/4 tsp Sesame oil
1 Tabl soy sauce (La Choy is lowest in Phe)
1 tsp Fried rice seasoning mix (prepared with 2Tbp water & 1Tabl soy sauce)
2 Tbls Sliced green onion
1/8 tsp Ground ginger

Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil in large skillet over high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry until they begin to soften, about 4 minutes. Add sesame oil, then add cooked rice and stir in fried rice seasoning mix. Stir-fry until heated through then add sliced green onions. Season rice to taste with Salt-Pepper and ginger.

Recipe = 150mg Phe
1/2 cup serving = 30mg Phe = 2 Exhanges
