Rice in an automatic cooker/steamer

Ingredients:
95g Cambrooke Imitation rice
25g Long grain rice
1 cup water (220g)
1/8 tsp salt


Preparation:
Grease the inside bottom of the rice cooker using butter. Add the rice, water and salt. Start cooker.

After cooking, let rice stand covered to continue steaming for another 15minutes before serving.

Refrigerated, the rice will last several days. Serve left-over rice by sprinkling with water and heating in the microwave using a covered dish.
