Low Protein Pancakes

Makes 2 Medium (6") pancakes

20 g dp Baking Mix 2mg
15 g Rice Flour or Gluten Free baking mix 33mg
5 g Loprofin Milk powder
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp veg oil
1/2 tsp Molassis

Add water to make batter

***FOR extra FLUFF, use Perrier Water
or ADD
1 tsp ReaLemon lemon juice,
1/3 tsp. sugar and
1/3 tsp. baking powder.



Approx. 22mgPhe each or
