Low Pro Brownies

½ cup vegetable shortening
¼ cup packed brown sugar
70 grams (7 tablespoons) vanilla Jell-O Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Mix
3 T Hershey’s unsweetened Cocoa
1 cup Well Plan Baking Mix
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream shortening with sugar. Add cocoa and pudding mix. In a separate bowl, mix baking mix, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Grease an 8 or 9 inch pan and add batter. Bake for 15 minutes. When completely cool, cut into 16 bars.
