Lo Mein Noodles

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients
40g Aproten Tagliatelle pasta (or other long noodle)
1/2 tsp soy sauce (La Choy is lowest in Phe)
1/4 tsp Chicken consumme’ disolved into 2Tbls water
Optional vegetables (mushroom, bamboo shoots, celery)
pinch Ground ginger
1Tabl Peanut Oil

Boil pasta in 2 Cups water until al dente (firm). Drain and rinse. Stir in a little oil to prevent sticking.
Mix consumee and soy sauce in pan then return pasta and stir on high heat. Add oil and cook while stirring until liquid evaporates and is absorbed into pasta. Sprinkle pinch of ginger and serve.
