Fried Spring Rolls

Package Asian spring roll wrappers
1/2 head cabbage
1 large onion
1 fresh carrot
1 clove garlic
1 Tbps oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp Asian seasoning (ginger,onion,pepper,


Chop all veggies into very thin slices. Peeler works well on carrot.
Cook onion in oil until soft. Add cabbage,carot and salt.
Mix asian seasoning with 3 Tbps boiling water (or microwave both).
Strain liguid into cooking vegatables. (seasoning may contains seasame seed or red pepper).
Roll cooked veggies with spring roll wrappers.

Freeze a single layer, uncooked, in a zip-lock bag.

To cook: Thaw before deep frying.
