Cinnamon Rolls
1 c. Loprofin mix
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ baking soda
2-tblsp-miracle whip
¼ c. Rich’s Coffee Rich
1/4c. Water
4tblsp margarine (melted)
Cinnamon and sugar
Vanilla frosting (homemade or can)
Mix all dry ingredients together and miracle whip until it resembles
coarse crumbs. Add Rich’s and water. Stir until mixed. On a heavily
floured surface, roll dough out to a rectangular shape. Pour melted
margarine over dough and sprinkle with a cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Gentle begin rolling up dough lengthwise. Using a sharp knife cut
dough into equal parts about ½ inch. Place in a well-greased round
or square pan touching each other. Bake at 425 degrees fro about
12-14 minutes. Remove from pan and frost with vanilla frosting.
