Brian's Molasses Waffles (from Janice Gallops)

(Makes 13 Waffles)
3 cups (330 gr) Loprofin Baking Mix
1/2 cup (55 gr) Bisquick
1/2 cup (55 gr) Gluten Free Mix
1/2 Tbls. egg replacer
1 Tbls. + 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups Rich's Coffee Rich
1 cup water
1 Tbls molasses
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. (I sift everything).
Combine liquids in a large liquid measuring cup and add to dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Let them cool, then freeze them. Pop them in the toaster when ready to eat.

Full recipe = 424 mg phe, 33mg Phe/waffle or 2 Exchanges
