         Manage Cabin Assignments

         Create Logos for Camp Theme

         Order T-Shirt

         Create Name Tags

         Pull together welcome folders

        Camp Mentor: Sandie Hermanns

         Should have been a Camp Coordinator in the past

         Train & Support the Camp Coordinator

        Cooking Class: Theresa Beverage and Ashley & Joe Ros

         Provide recipe and demonstrate recipe to others.  The food cooked will be served for Lunch on Saturday

        Menus: Jim & Danielle Nuckolls

         Prepare menu for all PKU meals

         Ensure ingredients will be available (order what you need)

         Assign chefs to prepare each meal

         Determine non-PKU meal menus for camp and send to CJM

        Arts & Crafts: Page Broom

         Identify A&C activities for Children and purchase appropriate materials

        Activities for 5 and under: Shanon Mallett

         Organize activities for Children 5 and Under, to do during the Signup-Activities on Saturday
